This very traditional property standing with a roof covering of clay pan tiles which stood at approximately 100 years old. Our client wanted a new roof covering so we decided to keep in line with the traditional roots and replace the old tiled covering with new Barco clay pan tiles.
These tiles were handmade at William Blyths in Barton-upon-Humber.

This property has been made very unique with 3 hand sculptured bird-house tiles, one place on each elevation of the roof. These have been made upon a commission from our client and really are show-stoppers.
